Registration and Payment
An invoice for registration will be sent via email and is payable upon receipt. Registration is binding and cannot be cancelled.
Program Changes
City Conferenes reserves the right to make changes to the conference program without prior notice.
Postponement or Cancellation of the Conference
Byens Ejendom reserves the right to postpone or cancel the conference if there are not enough registered participants or speakers. In the event of a postponement, participants will be offered free attendance at another conference if the new date is not suitable.
Newsletter Subscription
By registering for a conference, you agree to be subscribed to City Conferences' newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the newsletter.
Late Payment Fees and Interest
In the case of late payment, a reminder fee will be applied in accordance with applicable regulations, along with interest of 1% per commenced month.
Participant List
By participating, you agree that your name and company may appear on the participant list for the conference in connection with our marketing of the event.
Løbende betalinger
Ved køb af produkter på abonnementsordninger eller lignende faste betalings ordninger er kunden indforstået med, at der automatisk opkræves betaling for produktet med det interval og den pris der fremgår ved køb af det specifikke produkt.
Ved indgåelse af aftalen binder kunden sig for én måned - medmindre andet fremstår særskilt ved indgåelse af abonnementsordning for det specifikke produkt.
Opsigelse skal ske ved skriftlig henvendelse til finans@byensejendom.dk. Opsigelse er gældende ved udgangen af den faktureringsperiode, der er igangværende ved modtagelse af henvendelsen til finans@byensejendom.dk. Opsigelse skal dog senest ske 7 dage inden næste betalingsperiode for, at kunden ikke er bundet af den efterfølgende periode.
Ved manglende betaling forbeholder Byens Ejendom sig muligheden af opsige aftalen.
